Kipling 54 in. Electric Fireplace in White

Beautiful with a feeling of warmth when completed. A little difficult to understand instructions but I figured it out. I just moved in and wanted to have a fireplace as the focal point. The flames seemed so real and was relaxing to watch. I was told it looked like a showcase house and I am not done yet. Very satisfied with the fireplace.

I have mixed feeling about this product. I really want to love it and the picture for the product online makes it a perfect addition to my home. However after all the anticipation, its arrival 36 hours ago feels like a balloon with a slow leak. First of all, the ‘marble’ panels in the front have gaps or edges that gives an not smooth unfinished appearance. Second, there are dings, scratches and chips in the ‘wood’ finish that for nearly $700.00 I don’t think should be there. And although these grievances are cosmetic in nature my third and biggest issue is the soundness of the structure. Two screws cannot be screwed into their appropriate places. One hole is stripped thereby not allowing a screw to ‘catch’ and the other hole doesn’t align correctly. My concern, with these two missing screws, is that the structure will not be stable and thereby cause injury. Today I went to my local HD store and they tried to be helpful but in the end advised me to call the 800 #. I did. I spoke with two different representatives. The best they can offer, is to wait for a potential email on Monday for their resolution. Other than that, the actual fire box seems to be mechanically sound and functioning correctly. It lights, the flame is adjustable, the option for heat or not works, as well as temperature choices and the timer. I just wish that what I received looked just a pretty as the picture. For that is what I paid.

I'm so in love with it so happy I got it

Easy to assemble. Small spots on the paint weren’t filled in. The marble look sticker is a little cheaply made and has some small spots missing but overall not too bad.

Made cheap for the price

It does not give out the heat described under unit description. Aesthetically its beautiful, I just wish it heated the room properly. I measured my space before purchasing and ordered this unit that heats as listed a larger space than what I have. Not happy!!!!!!

Marble looks really really faux...not worth the price.

Looks good; was easy to assemble. My biggest complaint is that the board which compose the faux marble piece do not fix snuggly together and so gaps are visible. I believe some caulk will fix this but may be visible as well.
