I thoroughly read the instructions to put it together and learn how to use the unit. I highly recommend doing this since it is a piece of power equipment. Once I got it all figured out (not hard to put it together) I used it to clean off part of my front sidewalk and porch step. This is the first time I've done a power spray after living here 36 years and I have large trees in front. The unit did a nice job removing the algae or whatever green stuff was on the sidewalk. In the more heavily soiled areas it took longer and a few passes over to make the sidewalk look good. I did spray some Simple Green on the worst part of the sidewalk to help. I did read that Simple Green is ok to use in this unit too if needed. I did found it was not overly hard to handle, but my arm did get tired so I did stop every now and then. Am pleased with the results and also the size of this unit is small enough that I can find a place in my garage to store it. They do warn you not to store it anyplace it gets UNDER freezing. The power cord is pretty long, as well as the power hose so I was able to go fairly far without an extension cord. The unit doesn't wheel around very easily, but it at least has wheels. I gave it a "Good" under ease of use as it's tiring to use and doesn't wheel easily. But that would not stop me from recommending this unit!

Great features in a compact, easy to use format. The pressure washer's features are well thought out. The power cord is really long and there;s good cord storage on the pressure washer. The pressure wand and washer have quick disconnects and the hose is a good length and there's storage on the washer for both the wand and hose. There's a removable soap dispenser and the wand has 5 quick change nozzles. The quality seems good, but there's room for improvement. The wheels don't spin so easily, and if the hose is connected it scrapes on the ground while rolling. The washer has good pressure and is relatively quiet. This should handle most any job you'll run into. I had a stained driveway after a mulch delivery and it did a great job.

I bought an extension hose with it, so it can reach 50 feet. This is really important to keep from having to move it too often or if you need to work on a ladder.

I loved it, has done a great job around the house.I did have an issue with the plug with tripping the circuit but replaced that and doing well

Would have liked to have a little more pressure
