While the product works functionally (sealing the threads), it has a HUGE flaw. I use a flammable gas detector to make sure that there is no leak. After a couple of gas lines and union adapters, and a lot of head scratching, I found the issue was cause by this product. My gas detector keeps on detecting flammable gas at the location where this sealant was used. It turns out that this product's fume was detectable by the gas detector as flammable gas. I personal would avoid this product for this reason because it causes false positives in gas detection.
