Love the look, but not the height! The massage and heat works well. However, the chair is way too low to the ground. The massage relaxes your back, then you pull it getting out of the child-like chair. It looks oddly small in a living room next to a normal sofa and chair setting. Please consider raising the height about 3 or 4 inches and widening the chair about 1-2 inches.
