Great mower, however how come it doesn't suck up the grass? I cut tall grass and hardly any ever goes into the catcher. The catcher is on and the mulcher thing is attached to the door that's lifted up. I think I have to buy a different blade from someone else. One that has propeller effect or something.
Asked by: Noel
Hello - Cutting tall grass can cause the bag to not fill properly due to the engine having to work harder and not enough air flow under the deck. If you have no choice but to cut tall grass, we recommend using the side Mulch option. Thank you for your question.

I used my mower about 2weeks ok and it was running fine. Now I can't get it to start.

There was no issues prior to this.

It' a piece of junk. I bought this because of the fine specs last november but didn't start it up until a week ago (3/22/17) . the first thing that wasn't right was when I cut grass that was about 2 inches tall the grass catcher was like empty except for about 2 hand fulls. I've cut the grass 2 more times adjusting the height to see if that would help and it didn't. If that wasn't enough IT STALLS . To make matters worse I didn't buy the HD warranty so now I'm stuck with it. I think I'll give it to the Salvation Army and go back to using my electric. It cuts the same grass with out stalling, it's just that cord I have to fool with.

I'm comparing mowers now. 173cc engine is good, what is the torque ft-lbs?

Asked by: Josh
Hi Josh, The Series 7.75 logo on the engine decal is usually an indication of the overall torque rating, according to the manufacturer. In this way, there is little commitment to the accuracy of the statement. Thank you for asking, -Travis
