Q:I have cabinets with a 20.5 inch wide opening, but the brackets for the cabinet doors are mounted to this opening, reducing it to 20 at a couple of points.

It was very easy to assemble, but there is some thought that has to go into the final assembly. Being there were three levels to mount the top rack and the directions did not say which ones to use based on pan size. I read one review that not all the lids were able to be used because they hit the cabinet when opened. I wanted to have the maximum clearance for the lids and still store all my pots and pans. I placed my largest pot in the lower rack and then used the next mounting holes to install the top rack. It happened to be the middle set. This allowed me to use all the pans and lids with no interference on either rack.
I really like the organizer for storage. It is easier to get a pot or pan without having to pick through the stack.

I ADORE this unit! It allows me to organize all of my cookware pans on the bottom row. The top row holds lids and each row pulls out independently!
There are movable supports on each row so I customized it for all of my own collection of pans & lids plus my heavy duty barbeque utensils.
Most lower cabinets only have a 1/2 shelf above the lower - this unit makes full use of the entire cabinet top & bottom!
Installation was easy and took 10 minutes start to finish!
Finally, the shelves move so smoothly, extend fully so I can see everything and are very sturdy.
I ADORE this unit so much that installed a second unit with 2 flat shelves for bakeware & mixing bowls!!!

Easy to install and nice design. It took about 15 minutes to assemble and install this organizer. The parts are well made and fit together well. The shelves slide smoothly. The shelf for the pans has several adjustable wire brackets that can be positioned to custom fit your pans. Prevents damage to pans that would otherwise be stacked together/on top of each other. Allows for easy access to your pans and lids. The design allows you to optimize the space in your cabinets. The shelves fully extend for easy access to all of the pans/lids. This is a well designed product.

Love our new cabinet organizer! We bought this about a month ago, right after we got a new pots and pans set. We didn’t want the new set to get scratched up and just to get organized. Now the pots and pans and lids are not just piled in the cabinet. The lids are so easy to find, which in the past it was crazy to find the right lid for a pot. I wish we would have purchased this years ago!

Beware - not durable. Plastic connectors break, metal portions corrode w/water exposure, and slides freeze with time. Not for heavily used kitchen.
I bought this organizer about 4 years ago at HD. It seemed like a great idea for our kitchen island where we just stacked the pots and lids randomly. And it worked well in terms of organization, since the daily chore of getting out the pots and searching for lids was over. But that became a problem as time went on: we use our kitchen heavily - my wife cooks 2-3 times per day, and the dishes are washed daily. As kids took over the dish duties, many of the pots and pans went into the organizer dripping water. The metal reacted with the water and stained or destroyed the chrome coating. The adjustable plastic connectors on the bottom shelf used for pot and pan dividers started breaking off with time. After 4 years of ownership, about 1/3 of them are unusable, so it's more and more difficult to organize the pots & pans. Finally, the drawer slides are starting to lose their lubrication, to the point that the top drawer has to be forcibly pulled out. So please beware what you're buying and consider how you'll use this product. It is a great idea, but an extremely poor execution. This organizer is just not durable. For this price and the time it took to install it, I'd expect it to last 10 years shy of eternity. But here I am, 4 years later, wondering what to replace it with.
