Happy enough overall with ARS Rescue Rooter installers, but not happy right now with water heater itself. We purchased the Rheem Triton water heater directly from Home Depot based upon recommendation from ARS Rescue Rooter and they installed it, but have had MULTIPLE issues and errors with the water heater since installation about a week and a half ago. We are currently without Hot Water, waiting for the issues to be corrected. Not happy right now with the almost $8000 water heater job. If this is not resolved quickly, we may be expecting Home Depot or Rheem to replace this water heater with a new one.
