A:  I think it would depend on how long your handles are. The template does have holes and slots that you could try placing the handle over to see if the screw-in points line up. Then you can use a sharpie to mark which hole and where on the slot the screw-in points fall to make it easier. You'd have to do that twice (one for the left swing doors, one for the right swing doors).
