Very small not 20 inches mine came as 14 inch 20 with handle extended
This think is tiny. It us smaller than my 8 year old daughters barbie travel bag. I thought 20 inches was size of the unit itself but no its 14 inches plu 6 inches with handle extended. It is great quality if your taking 1 outfit or for a kids bag but for an adult it is useless. possible good carry on bag for amtrak with a few snacks and change of clothes...
