Q:Does it work on dry wallpaper?

A:  Not very well. You get the same results if you use a sponge soaked in hot water and apply and scrape the paper off.

    A:  It does, and you'll need to score the paper (using a Paper Tiger works best) to assist in removing the wallpaper
