PRO-999 Rx-35 is the ideal primer for drywall, skim coat, spackling, popcorn ceilings, contractor's flat paint and mud joints. It seals porous surfaces and dries with a slight residual tack, enhancing adhesion of wallpaper or paint. It dries clear with a matte finish.

A:  Hello Lee, PRO-999 Rx-35 is not recommended for use over existing wallpapers.
