AnswersTraditionally, real grasscloth does NOT match from strip to strip. Like having functional buttonholes on the cuff of your jacket, it's one of the marks of "the real thing."

AnswersI used this wallpaper for an accent wall in the diningroom. It was very easy to work with and only took me a couple of hours. I had to cut a lot, as I was putting this around a window, and it was much easier than I thought it would be. You really don't have to worry about matching the pattern when putting up the grasscloth. It really looks great!!

AnswersI liked working with this wallpaper. It was very easy to apply. If you have gouges or holes in the wall, it will not look nice. I plastered any imperfections before applying the wallpaper.

I began installing this even though upon receipt I realized that there wasn't any texture. I didn't check the reviews to see that others have already claimed this as well; it is very deceiving and unclear on the website. Also, I stopped short after applying two sections because there was NO WAY to match the pattern well enough to hide the seams and for some reason also creates a "dark band" where the seam is (as seen in the image) so it looks really bad. Last of all, if you are not very careful, you can (as I did) easily scratch the finish off even though I used the recommended "tools."

It was easy to install - liked the fact that I could reposition as much as needed and that I can remove without damage if I wanted to. Seems to stick on ok though, time will tell if it stays on. Wish there would have been some kind of markings for aligning the strips. I had a hard time with that - the lines didn’t really match up because of the pattern however the pattern is what made it ok in the end. I had to use 2 rolls for my job and the colour was slightly different. If I had to do it over again, I would do a complete door with the same roll (which I didn’t do). I overlapped the strips and I still see the seems. I don’t think I would use this for a full wall unless I had a pattern that wouldn’t show the seems. Turned out great for what I needed it for and it didn’t cost a fortune.

i have gotten so many compliments on my wall so far with the grasscloth peel & stick wallpaper! It was extremely easy to apply, and since it is such a texturized pattern it did not matter if the lines matched up, its what makes it look so unique! I ordered 4 rolls to cover the wall which left me with a little bit extra in case I want to cover anything else in my apartment.

...is it what I would say if I didn’t have to go to work or cook dinner or feed my cat, because this wallpaper seriously makes me want to never leave my bedroom. I’ve installed quite a few wallpaper projects, and this self-adhesive stuff is sooooo much easier than the mucky pasty way of doing it. I had used self-adhesive stuff way back when there were, like, two patterns in the whole world, and it had always looked kind of cheap, but the stuff that’s out now is not only cheap-and-easy, but is of top quality and sophistication! The grasscloth looks super-realistic (although the paper is in no way textured, it still looks textured just by the nature of the pattern), and the matching was beyond easy, primarily because there is no need for matching a grasscloth.
Anyways, here’s a pic of the fabulous feature wall. I’ve blurred out any racy parts from the artwork, just in case y’all think I have random pictures of the color “light sienna” on my wall.
