              Terrible customer service. I emailed Royal Gourmet’s customer service department twice with a photo of the temperature dial and how it only shows a C for Celsius and no F anywhere for Fahrenheit, and I never received a response. If the dial is pointing to the 200, for instance, how can you tell if that’s Celsius or Fahrenheit? They should make it more clear on the dial. I’ve had several friends look at the dial—some are very experienced grillers—and they all agree that they only see a Celsius indicator. As for the grill itself, I haven’t had too many issues with it yet aside from the side shelves. They are flimsy and don’t stay up very well. One of the shelves fell, spilling an entire tray of raw shrimp onto the ground.
