AnswersI used a cut-off saw which could be angled to 45 degrees to fit joins at corners. A fine tooth blade for cutting plastics was used.

AnswersI used a hand saw and mitre box. Used construction adhesive rather than nails to avoid having to cover up the nail heads. Splices are a challenge to line up with this method.
Can it be used outside? It says rot, moisture resistant.

AnswersIt says "Interior" only but I can't see why it wouldn't work. Most of the other Royal Mouldings brand trims I checked say "Exterior". I really don't think rot resistance is intended as an upsell for interior use.

I ordered this product to online with out inspecting it at a HD location. After using/installing this molding, in the future I would use a wood or wood based material over the PVC. The dust from sawing is static and harder to clean up than reagular saw dust.
On the plus side it is s solid color through out and looks fine. It seems durable but only time will tell.

Installed it in my entire house. Looks great. It was easier to cut, sand, cope, and nail than real wood and it looks better too. I would recommend gluing up outside corners and scarf joints a day ahead of time if possible but it can be glued as you go. It'll just stink up the house a bit and you definitely don't want pvc cement on your floor. Was easy to paint with a quick scuff sanding and a mini roller before installing.
