This soft neoprene is a softer version of our regular neoprene rubber. It has a low durometer 45A, meaning that it is softer and more flexible. What adhesive is recommended to use on a concrete floor?
You need to use a polyurethane based glue to adhere the rubber onto the concrete surface.
I would recommend consulting Home Depot’s website for more information or the manufacturers website. In my opinion, I have found that a larger piece doesn’t seem to move too much on the concrete floor. I have a larger piece on my basement floor.
These don’t really require adhesive, if you have a slick concrete floor, i.e. polish, maybe just get something simple like traction tape to put underneath it or anti-slip tape. That way they aren’t permanently adhered to your mat or your floor nor would they require chemicals to remove.
This question needs more variables. If you are putting more concrete on top - you need concrete primer. If you are attaching vinyl tile - they make an adhesive for that. If you are installing carpet... carpet glue. The list goes on. Answer depends on the next step in the process. Usually there is an adhesive designed for the next product to be installed.

This product is used in applications where you ned pads, seals, gaskets, and liners.
I'm looking for a make-shift cover for an indoor bathing tub to retain heat in the tub water for short periods of time (~1 hour). Is this useful for that purpose?
We don't recommend this material for that use because it is a more industrial type of rubber. The neoprene does off-gas slightly, so it may cause a weird smell in the bathing area. I recommend a non0marking rubber like the Pure Gum or the Silicone.
Water bar for a gravel driveway so the water dont wash out driveway
It would work but you would need a thicker version, maybe the 3/16" or 1/4" versions should provide for a good water bar.
can I glue this down with a soft glue?
Depends on the glue. You need to check to see if it is cleared to bond neoprene rubber onto the type of surface intended. Typically a polyurethane based glue works well on wood or concrete surfaces.
