Website is wrong or Neptune NJ store is
Your website clearly states that hardware is included. The only hardware required for these rails are screws. They do NOT provide the screws. Three conversations later they tell us they have them in stock. We go and they’ll do NOT have them.
I am so done with Home Depot.
Good product, just wouldn’t purchase here again.

This is one of those reviews that makes me chuckle. The first time I used a product like this, I was fifteen, and now I'm seventy-five. So you must think I like the product, and you would be correct. They are easy to install using a stud finder, and the Ryobi battery drill is a God's send. The are in a niche and the four foot shelves fit perfectly with four uprights as recommended. Easy up and good looks, and I know they will last.

I needed some quick shelving in the garage for light items. These uprights are the right strength and can fit standard shelf supports which are good for 6 to 12 inch shelves. They are good enough for light-duty shelving and light weights. I needed shorter uprights so I cut them in half and anchored them into studs through sheetrock. I am a big fan of anchoring these supports solidly - not a fan of sheetrock screws (personal preference). Would not use these for heavy items unless the load can be spread out evenly. For heavy uprights, go for the double-row uprights for wider shelf supports.

I'm With Stan! How do you use these???
I too am looking at these nifty bow-tie anchors and I challenge anyone at Rubbermaid to figure out how they are supposed to be put thru a 1/4 inch diameter hole without destroying your wallboard. I am a veteran of wall shelf systems but this one has me stumped. Using the pin or scrunching with fingers or tools. I don't get it. Better make a video of this one when you figure it out.
