Asked by LS April 14, 2020Thank you for your interest in our products! The Rubbermaid 9 in. White Twin Track Bracket for Wire Shelving will need the Rubbermaid uprights in order to hang the laminate shelves. For the uprights a 3" screw is recommended.

Can these brackets be used with 1” thick wooden shelves? Or is it necessary to use the laminate shelves?
Asked by Aruss January 9, 2019I used these with 1x12 pine boards and they worked just fine. They have holes through them you can run a screw up through to hold the shelf in place.
My shelf is 11.25 would a 9" bracket be ok?
Asked by Adriana November 21, 2018Since the bracket no longer has a lip on the end, yes this would be fine for a 11.25 inch shelf as long as you screw it to the the shelf.
