This product cleaned my garage floor from oil and winter stains
This product did a great job without heavy scent. It was easy to apply, simply pour on, wait 20 minutes, scrub and rinse/wipe off. It took off oil marks the best; water stains and exhaust marks were lightened but not removed. Regardless, this product had a light scent, lighter than even Simple Green or other cleaner so I had no issue pouring across my garage floor.

Good cleaner
First, the bottle is great. The cap is large - it seals well and removes easily. Because it is a wide mouth opening, it pours well without splashing that you often get with other bottles. The product itself has an aroma similar to simple green. It is not unpleasant and does not linger like a lot of solvents. Being water soluble is a big plus. My garage floor is coated with the Rust-Oleum Epoxy Shield, so my concrete was not saturated with oil. This did a great job removing oil from the painted surface. I did have a couple tire tracks - it reduced the visibility, but did not completely eliminate the stains. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this as a cleaner/degreaser and plan to use it again.

Mixed bag of results
At the end of the day, its hard to get oil stains out from concrete. I found this product to easily take surface stains away but struggled to remove deep penetrating stains. I followed the directions accordingly and one treatment did not suffice. The package does recommend multiple treatments for bad stains. I made 3 attempts and did not have any changes in the very deep stains. This would work for simple oil spots that are decently fresh but look for something different for old set in stains

Thank you for your feedback, Kevin, we appreciate it! To help ensure the best results with Rust-Oleum Concrete Cleaner and Degreaser, we recommend misting the surface as needed while the product is soaking to keep the surface damp. Rustoleum
Great stuff
Finally got all my products to finish the shop/garage floor. Some things about it you will want to know, need temperatures between 50 and 90 with humidity below 85%. Well been waiting get one day with temperatures running all over the place with humidity doing the same. Day I did was max temp of 88.7 and humidity was avg of 64% with high of 98% am tired of waiting time to try.Just want to try out on a least one spot so picked where air compressor and generator sit. Floor is 20 years old so don't expect miracles. Used the Cleaner and Degreaser and left for an hour then did again for a total of two hours, Turned out pretty great better than what I expected. Then was time to let dry and on to Cleaner and Etch so I can get to the Lacquer finish.

Removes Stains & Refreshes Concrete
It is so easy to remove oil stains from concrete with Rust-Oleum Concrete Cleaner and Degreaser. It removed oil stains that have been penetrated for several years. The only equipment you need is a broom to brush it into the concrete and a garden hose to rinse it off. It took two gallons to thoroughly clean my driveway and front porch. I'm not sure how long the driveway is, but it's long enough to fit two big cars with room to spare. The porch is small sized with enough room to set two chairs, a table, a doormat, two large flowerpots, and space left to walk past the furniture. The instructions suggested a power washer to rinse, but I only had a garden hose and it worked really well. They also suggested a stiff push broom, but all I had was a regular broom. Once again, it really worked well with what I had at home. There isn't any need to go out and get extra equipment. A push broom would cover a larger area, though. That would save time. The power washer also would've saved me time by rinsing the driveway really quickly. I'm happy with the results. The cleaner is ready to use straight out of the bottle. I poured it on the driveway, then brushed it in with the broom. The instructions said to let it soak for 20 minutes before rinsing and sprinkle it with water if it starts drying before the 20 minutes are up. It's so nice to have a bright, clean driveway, again. The cleaner is safe to use around plants and grass, also.

Good Concrete Cleaner
This cleaner has a little more odor than expected but it is also stronger than expected. From all the information provided, it does not appear to be biodegradable, although they say it should be safe around plants as long as you spray them with water first. I had some stains on the basement floor and as you can see in the before and after pics it does work pretty good. Note, I only used a rag to clean this stain, it is recommended to use a brush for best results, but my test still came out pretty good without a brush. You are not supposed to cut this product with water which means that you may end up needing more than you think. However, if the concrete is coated you can cut it up to 10:1 I also tried this on a reusable motorcycle air filter to see if it would remove the dirt and oil from the filter (note: this is not an advertised purpose for this cleaner, I just wanted to try it), but it hardly worked at all. Overall it works as advertised, just be sure to get enough for the job.

Fair Degreaser
There are some motor oil stains on my garage floor from oil change mishaps. They always bothered me, but not that much. When this Rust-Oleum product was offered, I thought this would be a good time to clean up the oil stains. Two one gallon jugs were delivered just before the temperatures were going down very low. I didn't want to wait until whenever the warm weather came and the hose could be used. So I went into the garage and did it with the door closed. First, the area was swept clean. Then the degreaser was poured straight out of the jug onto the oil stain. After about twenty minutes, a scrub brush was used to work the stain. After that , I poured some warm water, that came from the kitchen faucet with me. And wiped up the water with lots of paper towels. The stains did not come out completely, but maybe in the spring with the door open, I will give it another try with the hose and maybe the power washer after applying and scrubbing again. I have used many Rust-Oleum products and they are very good at what they are formulated for.

Cleans well with minimal brushing
I used this on a very greased stained area. It was easy to apply however you do need to have a good brush to scrub it in well. I highly suggest you follow the instructions and let it sit for at least 20 minutes after you scrub in. The cleaner work well as you can see from my before and after photos. It cleaned the grease up quite well. I do hose off a couple of times to get it cleaner. I would recommend as it cleaned very good.

Not Impressed!
Rust-oleum cleaner and degreaser claims to remove tough oil, grease, tire marks, dirt and stains. My garage floor is 10 years old and basically like any garage is used to park my vehicle and store tools, holiday ornaments and lawn equipment. I had a little bit of oil stains from where the weed eater hung that were several years old. Directions state to pour entire bottle and let it soak for 20 minutes and mist if necessary so the floor is damp. I poured the entire 2 gallons and did not have time to mist. The garage floor absorbed the rust-oleum cleaner degreaser like a sponge! I did take the hose and sprayed the floor on a very light spray and to the best of everything I had brushed the cleaner into the floor. I started off with a electric floor scrubber thinking this is going to be "cake" but within 3 minutes the dumb electric floor scrubber quit working, then within a matter of minutes of the scrubber breaking my hose burst! Maybe it wasn't the Rust-oleum, maybe it was just me, just not my day! If I could change one thing it would be to lightly spray the garage floor with water prior to applying the Rust-oleum cleaner and degreaser, I think the cleaner would have went allot further. I feel confident the Rust-oleum Cleaner cleaned my floor well enough to prep my floors for painting, let the fun begin! I also like the fact this product is safe near plants and grass.
