Can it be applied in garage floors, outdoors?(small area)

I applied the Rustoleum Rocksolid in the garage floor, indoors, stopping by the garage door, as recommended (no outdoors), and a strip (less than 1 foot) is left with no paint. I want to cover that area with a similar color, that is appropriate for outdoors.

The Rust-Oleum RockSolid Semi Transparent Concrete Stain is not suggest for use over areas that will be exposed to vehicle traffic. Rust-Oleum Concrete Stain Spray is suitable for use on bare interior or exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. It is important to test the surface for any sealers prior to your application since sealers and existing coatings need to be removed to ensure proper penetration. We also do not recommend this product for use on surfaces that are constantly immersed in water.

Yes, Rust-Oleum Concrete Stain Spray is suitable for use on vertical surfaces. You will want to ensure that the surface is clean and free of any sealers by performing a splash test. Lightly sprinkle water onto the surface, if the water beads up on the surface than there is a sealer present and it must be removed prior to staining. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 3
