Great question! The Rust-Oleum Specialty Glitter Spray should have a nozzle and it is certainly odd that you do not. We would be able to assist you further if you call us at (800) 481-4785. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5
We appreciate your interest, Norm, however Rust-Oleum Specialty Glitter Spray Paint is intended for use on interior surfaces only and will not withstand constant UV or water exposure. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 3
The Rust Oleum Glitter paint couldn't get past the nozzle...it clogged the nozzle immediately upon use..I had to return the paint..
Great question! No, the Rust-Oleum Specialty Clear Glitter Sealer is not designed to withstand the flexibility of the fabric. The dried paint will crack when applied to a flexible surface. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5

Happy to help Joe. Rust-Oleum Specialty Glitter Spray Paint can only be used indoors, even when the Glitter Clear Sealer has been applied. Glitter Paint cannot withstand outdoor weather. - Rust-Oleum Product Support.
Yes you can, just make sure you paint the dresser a solid color white or gray color 1st in order for it to make the silver pop. Also don't forget to get a clear coat for after to make sure the glitter doesn't flake off

Happy to help! If painting over a contrasting color, we do recommend applying a similar color base coat prior to applying Rust-Oleum Specialty Glitter Spray Paint. We recommend the Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch Ultra Cover in a similar color to help with coverage. https://www.homedepot.com/s/painter's%2520touch%2520spray?NCNI-5 - Rust-Oleum Product Support 3
Answer received directly from Rust-Oleum support: "Hello KG, Thank you for contacting Rust-Oleum Product Support. The glitter paint is going just be the glitter color, for example if you spray the gold glitter on red paint you will be adding gold glitter onto a red painted surface. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us. Sincerely, Ashley" This conflicts with the answer given here on HD.
