Yes you can but always recommend to first prep or address the rust first. Lightly sand and apply a rust reformer type product first.
Black /and white only for now most common colors I don’t think they will waste time on other colors as it’s not made for detailed work mostly to prevent rust . But if they did it would most likely be equipment yellow.
After prep work, refinished my garage doors using this paint. The 10" wide spray pattern made quick work of the job and they turned out great. The company should consider the nozzle for the rest of their paints. Much cleaner overlap.
