The product showed up with the container opened and the cement in the bottom of the box outside of the box and then everywhere.
Very disappointing.
Have yet to hear from Home Depot on the issue after sending an electronic note.

Worked in my mini foundry just fine. I should have let it set longer before I fired the foundry, but that's me, not the product. Have used a digital thermometer to measure outside temps and they're well within expectations.

The product met all of my expectations, and the directions were easy to follow. Using this cement...
The product met all of my expectations, and the directions were easy to follow. Using this cement as the base of my forge which has an inside dimension of 18" X 18" X 3" with a 1" layer of k-wool at the bottom. Just two tubs of the 25 lbs. of the castable refractory cement was enough to fill it too the top with a little extra to spare, and as far as looks and performance goes, it works like a champ.

So far, this castable refractory cement has been performin g as advertised. A lot cheaper this way than ordering pre-cast fire bricks for my wood stove!

So far, so good! Haven't lit the fire yet! You do have to work crazy fast with this stuff....it sets very quickly! Otherwise OK
