Q:My unit just stopped working. It attempts to start and shuts off immediately. I do not see any circuit breaker besides the on and test buttons on the plug. The unit is 4 y old with very light use. Thx

Q:I detail vehicles, and I love using this pressure washer. However I?m worried about the winter time. Can you run?heated? water through this? The heater I have only heats the water to about 20-50 degrees, I just need it warm enough to not freeze.

Magnificent Product
This pressure washer is the best pressure washer i have ever used. It is great for many uses including washing the car or just simply cleaning up your home etc.I would definitely recommend this to everyone i know.Buy this if you are shopping for a pressure washer.

Didn't know what I was missing: Surprising Results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had purchased this pressure washer after a recent rain that covered everything with white spots due to the ash in the atmosphere from fires in neighboring states. It certainly did the trick to wash off the porch, barbecue, tables, chairs, etc. Then, on a whim, I tried it on a section of our fence and was shocked that the cedar looked new after removing old stain and dirt and fungus. I've done most of the inside of our cedar fencing and will be staining and sealing shortly. It looks brand spankin' new. SO surprised! Now I know. I did buy a very good quality water hose, a hose reel, and some Sta-Bill pressure washer pump protector which is very easy to use and works well. First two photos show the initial small areas I did on a whim. The remaining photos show the results after completion.

All the power you need
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to blast the moss and weeds out between my patio pavers, and it more than did the job. Also blasted my back deck clean. Tip: I found the machine cutting out and then back on several times: was because my hand got weak and relaxed the grip. Used two hands for a while. Tip: Do not tighten the hose connection too tight. Just finger tight or it is hard to get off. I might lubricate the threads on mine. The hose to the gun/wand is stiff, but if you stretch it out, and bend it straight it will stop coiling. Try to separate the power cord, the garden hose, and the washer hose when you are laying out your work area. They can tend to get tangled. I did not find the lack of wheels a problem. But my jobs are fairly small and only need one setup.

Great item and convenient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pressure washer as long as long as you aren't looking for heavy duty. I got this pressure washer mainly for washing the car. It's only 1800 and is obviously less powerful than my 3800 psi. Though it doesn't have the same power as gas, this unit is so convenient it can fit on a shelf. It's quick to start up and easily shut down and store. For the price you seriously can't beat it.

Powerful and compact
I was amazed by the power and efficiency. My deck is about 8 years old and sits under pine trees, this cleaned it almost new. Hightly recommend, I'm very happy with it.
