Not happy at all with this! $45.00 is way overpriced! Inside dividers are corrugated cardboard ! The push in 'snaps' supplied to snap it together do not snap in place. I had to wire, screw, and glue it together ! Then add caulking under roof edges that did not come together to prevent bees from getting in. HOWEVER, if you use the individual flat, stamped out pieces for a pattern you can build yourself a nice quality house. VERY EXPENSIVE SET OF "PLANS"

Gave this 4 stars because a connector pop on one of the railings was broken but we were able to make it work without having to return it. Otherwise, I would of given it 5 stars. Little work to put it together but instructions made it easy. Would definitely recommend it. Had Purple Martin's swarming it within 5 minutes of it being put onto the pole. The attached picture was taken just as it was put up. Can't wait to see them nest.

Arrived quickly, was easy to assemble. The only hard part was installing the pole in the ground with concrete. I bought the house, the pole and the decoy and they have been in place for three weeks now and still no residents have checked in, but it is winter so I may have jumped the gun a bit. I read all the included literature and watched videos associated with caring for purple martins so I hope to have a "full house" come sping time.

    Best Bird Houses ever!
Just bought New ones for our Missouri Hm. Have had at Texas Hm for 20 years & still in wonderful condition :-) Hold up to Great to High winds & even hail :-) My husband cemented in the pole & it bent a little, but the bird houses stayed together & protected the birds :-) Also, sooooo easy to put together :-)
