The kit was difficult to put together and the materials are very flimsy, waxed cardboard. Perches on top don't stay in and all of them bend with the weight of the bird. Had to use silicone to make weatherproof. Floor and pole attachment area were damaged in thunderstorm. I called customer service because the packaging said it withstood hurricane winds . . they said they didn't GUARANTEE that just used it on the packaging :( Offered to send me that cheap, flimsy floor but I had to pay $7 shipping :( :( My friend fixed the attachment to the pole and it is better than the original . . I'd tell you how he did it for a fee . . it would improve your product greatly.

I purchased this 2 months ago. It is very durable and should last a long time. I mounted it on a1/4 inch piece of plywood and attached to a 4x4 post. Has to cut off the mounting support on the bottom. I like it very much.

Did not meet expectations, but the return process was easy. Bird house was not well made and seemed like it would break easily.

Quick bird house
Unboxed pieces and assembled. Was very easy. Made of water resistant plastic and can even be assembled with glue gun.
