Q:My upright vacuum has two settings. I cannot vacuum this rug with either as they are both too powerful and I don?t want to ruin my beautiful new rug. I would love to know what are people using to vacuum this particular rug.

A: Hello! We recommend using a canister vacuum without beater bars or disengaging the beater bars when vacuuming, that has a high pile setting and large wheels. It is recommended to use the attachment to your vacuum and try to clean it that way. Do not use a rotating brush on this carpet but instead use a bristle brush when vacuuming.
