Exactly what I wanted
I bought the 16 and 18 foot runners to accommodate my hallways. They are very nice rugs soft and pretty. The only issue I had was that the one side of the 16 footer has an oneven edge where it curves in a bit on the binding side. I didn't return as I thought I could live with it. Overall I would not hesitate to order again.

Very Disappointed
Very disappointed in our purchase.
I made a purchase at the end of November for this 8x10 area rug. We have experienced curling on the corner of the rug shortly after the installation. We attempted to put heavy items on it at night to assist with helping it lay flat and have had no luck. This is now a trip hazard on our living room and we now have to replace my rug only two and a half months after purchasing. I am very familiar with the area rug business and know that this is a sign of a manufacturing defect however the vendor has refused to replace or reimburse our rug only 2 1/2 months after our purchase. Will not purchase Safavieh products again.
