A: Hello! The pile height is 10mm. We do not recommend placing furniture over this rug while it is over carpeting as it most likely will bunch up and buckle. Thank you for your question!

Q:Is the 8x10 rug exactly 8x10? I recently ordered an 8x10 rug that ended up being 90" wide instead of 96", and need the full 96", so am hoping to confirm the exact dimensions.

A: Hi Emma. We try to get the sizing as accurate as possible but with hand-made rugs such as this, there's a lot more variance as each craftsman is unique where you'll see anywhere from 3-6% variance in sizing - typically on the shorter end. Thank you.

Stains all over the rug

We picked up our rug today, brought it home, unrolled it and found brown disgusting food stains all over the rug! Must’ve been returned I’m assuming. The rug company Safavieh needs to check items before shipping them to people!!! Especially since they know which item has been purchased/returned. Very disappointed in Safavieh for their lack of integrity.

Savafieh Gray Area Rug

The rug is as pictured. Light gray and off white neutral which accents my gray tile. Very soft. Being wool it does shed when vacuumed but not excessively.
