- Avoid direct sunlight as it will cause the colors in your area rug to fade over time; place your area rug away from direct sunlight whenever possible
- Packing and shipping of your rug may cause temporary creases; these surface waves are not imperfections or damages and will gradually recede; back-rolling or reverse rolling is the fastest and easiest way to remove creases in your area rug; allow ample time for your rug to settle, these creases and waves will normally flatten out

Dark stains
I like the look but it’s not comfortable and the side of the rug has a huge dark area that it came with.

Love this rug!
I was looking for a durable rug with a modern farmhouse feel. I have had Safavieh rugs before and felt confident, but chose to order from Home Depot as I know I can return directly to the store for refund if I am unsatisfied.
This rug worked out perfectly! It makes my room feel larger, brighter, and more modern. The rug shipped faster than the expected delivery time.
It is a nubby rug due to the loops. Good foot massage;)

Love this area rug. It's been in our beach house for a month and is exactly what we were looking ...
Love this area rug. It's been in our beach house for a month and is exactly what we were looking for. At first it is a little nubby on the feet, but as the days go by, it gets softer. We had it delivered to the store for in store delivery, which arrived before scheduled date. Couldn't be happier, especially the price.

Much more than I expected
My 9x12 rug in natural instantly added a contemporary and finished look to my dining room/sun room. It seems like a work of art in its own right! And so thick and luxe!
You do have to be careful about not vacuuming w/ the rotary beater feature working. It can pull out knots hidden in the weave, especially if you leave your vacuum cleaner running parked in one space on the rug. However, the knots can be pushed back into the weave with a large flat head screwdriver, completely hidden again. This rug DESERVES to be treated with care, as with any valued possession. It's so thick and substantial that I can't imagine it ever wearing out!

Not 100% Sisal as specified
Looking specifically for sisal because it's far more durable in high traffic. This rug specifies sisal but the rug I received states 100% jute on the content tag. Sadly I'll be returning this rug.
