A: No. U.S. Cold Patch is designed to be used in small contained potholes that do not exceed 2' ft. in any one direction and no greater than 4" inches in depth.
A: Miry, No. The U.S. Cold Patch should not be used for potholes that exceed 4 sq. ft. or 2' ft. in any direction.
A: It is not good if it hardens. I know this because I had about 4 bags sitting around for about 2 years. They lose their oil and therefore their ability to form a cohesive bond over time. You could potentially mix it with new bags or just use the old bags where it is not going to get disturbed too much.
