Update on my review
I left a review yesterday and tried to edit it to add pictures I took this morning after letting the product cure overnight.
The differences are absurd with the same product.
Used the same water amount to mix the Sakrete 500,
mixed the same day and applied the same day under the same temperature but results could not more distinct.
Very inconsistent and no wonder why now Home Depot is selling it for $3.98 after I paid $6.35 nine days ago.

I bought this higher strength mix because it has a much faster early strength development rating....
I bought this higher strength mix because it has a much faster early strength development rating. Used over sixty 80 lb. bags to pour three column footing for repair of a historic barn. Since I was holding up the barn post with a forklift during the repair of each footing, I wanted a quicker set time. With this mix, I was able to cut the typical set time from 7 days to 3 days to achieve over 50% strength. The mix was a low slump at the water ratio recommended and required a vibrator to flow the mix into the footing bell form, but it flowed smoothly.

So far the 5000 plus seems really nice we made two walk paths and it came out looking as good as ...
So far the 5000 plus seems really nice we made two walk paths and it came out looking as good as a professional concrete company that we had pour some months before. It seemed very easy to work with it didnt seem to go as far as the specs said but it was not that far off just a bag or two difference so no big deal.
