Protect your important documents and valuables with the Sanctuary Platinum Series Fireproof and Waterproof Home and Office Safe. Proprietary Triple Seal technology reinforces your safe with protection from smoke damage, fire protection of 120-minutes up to 1800°F, and water protection for 7-days in up to 8.5" of standing water. This security safe features six 1.25" steel locking bolts backed by an electronic lock with Print Guard technology, a Tamper Indicator, and Lockout Mode to create a fortified barrier against theft. Print Guard technology generates a random 2-digit sequence prior to you entering your passcode to ensure a random pattern of fingerprints across the lock face to deter pattern-guessing thieves. The illuminated electronic lock is programmable for an optional Silent Entry Mode and includes two Fail Safe override keys. For strong security and maximum waterproofing, use the included waterproof safe bolt-down kit and the pre-drilled bottom holes. Hello Manny, the safe comes with a lifetime warranty so if anything were damaged by a fire or natural flood it would be covered. Can this safe be bolted to a concrete floor?
Diane- Yes, the safe is meant to be bolted down to a concrete floor in order for the safe to be considered waterproof. The safe comes with a bolt down kit and instructions. Do you have to use your finger print every time to open the safe? Or can you just use a code? Or is key always required?
Hello Mbbb, this unit has an electronic keypad not a finger print reader. The only two ways to unlock the safe are by using the code on the keypad or using the override keys.
