Ramp does not open all the way.
This thing is heavy! It takes two adults to get it mounted into your hitch receiver. That's not a big problem, but you should know this. When I lowered the ramp it didn't open all the way flat. It must be because of the way the hinges are welded allowing the ramp to fold in half for storage. The angle of the ramp was too steep for the scooter to go up. I returned the unit with no problem to Home Depot.
