The look and quality
Love the size and look of this rug, it fills my space beautifully. The rug is soft and feels nice underfoot. Only reason I am giving it a 4 is despite having it for a few weeks now and vacuuming it and walking on it, there are multiple small waves in the carpet where it does not lay flat to the floor. Not sure what I can do about that, but love everything else about it

So the product arrived new, packaged well yesterday evening. I rolled it out and i looked at my boyfriend and said ... umm... why is there a big area that is clearly dirty brown and flattened/worn like its been used... we continued to look and saw there looks like rust water dripped down it because its like a 10 inch line of rust. I ordered a grey and white rug... brown and rust water are surely not natural defects of the distressed rug. The rest of the rug is nice but i clearly feel like i got a repackaged rug that looked new in the packaging until it was unrolled. i am very displeased but im not going to figure out how to send a rug back! What a hassle - it does not meet my expectations but i dont have time to return a product that was used ! pictures are on phone which i might edit later with them

Ugly edges
I received it just now sep 13th 2019 .
I bought the square carpet because of special design of my living room.
After I put it on the floor and tried to align it with wall and ceramics I found something very ugly.
The edges are not straight. At one side it have a minor curve which don't let you alig9it with wall. If you match on side the other side stay 1 inch far from the wall.
At one corner also you can see the problem very obvious
