Is the underneath smooth or tough on floors?

AnswerHello. There is a backing on this rug making it decent for floors. However, we would still recommend a rug pad underneath to help with the sliding. Thank you for choosing The Home Depot!
Does this rug shed?

AnswerHello. This rug is made of 100% Japanese Acrylic, it will shed slightly as a natural occurrence. After 1-2 weeks it should shed far less. Thank you for your inquiry.

The carpet looks great, smooth and the color is great....
The carpet looks great, smooth and the color is great. BUT and a big But it is made from 2 carpets sewn on the middle. Although is not very visible if you step on the seam it is very uncomfortable. I wish this was disclosed in the description...

Looks very good and got delivers very fast BUT it's not one whole piece...it's made from 2 carpet...

I wish I would have known from the begin is not one piece :(
