take your time putting this together the back panel has to line up with the top and you got it. The basket screws for mine most did not fit. I was able to tie them together with floral wire and it worked. Only 1 basket three screws fit, which was the tiring part of putting this piece together. It does look great and it was worth the trouble to put together.

I purchased this bench for my daughters room based on the reviews. When putting it together the holes for the screws did not match up. The bins are flimsy and really roughly made. The bins scratched and stained the cubbies within days. For the price I would not purchase this product. I should have returned it but didn't want to bother since I purchased it online. I've had the bench for about 1.5 months.

The description says it is white, but it is actually cream colored. We painted it - so now it is white. Some of staples or screws already in the bench were located in places where we had to change them to put it together correctly. We did not use the cushion - it looks a lot better without it . I guess we got what we paid for, but without seeing any of these in person - we didn't want to put too much money into it.

Beautiful and functional but assembly is a bit messy
I received this for use by our front door. The baskets are great for shoes and the cushion is perfect for sitting down to put your shoes on.
It was packaged very well, a box within a box. The picture I took of it packaged is the box within the box. Between styrofoam, pieces of the basket wicker and some paint off the basket hardware, the box got messy and I had to vacuum up the area when I was done. The directions said assembly would take 5 minutes. The wood parts took me fix minutes but each basket was 5 mins a piece. Screwing in the bottom piece of each basket was tricky.
In the end, it is a beautiful piece. It is more of a light cream white than a bright white but still nice looking. I took a page out of my grandmother's playbook and left the protective plastic on the white cushion for now. I imagine it will get very dirty in the future.
