I would not recommend this product if you are looking for a steel waste receptacle, this receptacle is all plastic except for the steel insert. Extremely light weight, had to put a concrete paver in the bottom to give it some weight so that it would not blow over in high winds. Its not a bad product, but the description of the product leads you to believe you are buying a solid steel waste container when that is not the case.
