Safer Home Ant & Crawling Insect Killer takes care of pest problems without harsh chemicals. The diatomaceous earth is made up of finely crushed algae fossils. I am glad to find this packaging of a great product.
I was so glad to find this packaging of a long time favorite for controlling ants and crawling insects. Years ago, we stopped a major influx of ants by putting diatomaceous earth under the cabinets and in all the electric boxes. This packaging makes that easier in our current home. I was also able to get rid of some white fly infestations. I washed off as much as possible of the white residue. While the leaves were wet, I used this packaging to spread this diatomaceous earth on the affected leaves. Unfortunately, most of the problem is on the under side of the leaves. For that, I dissolved some of the diatomaceous earth in water and used a spray bottle to direct the solution to the underside of the leaves. It worked great. One plant was almost overwhelmed by the flies. This diatomaceous earth saved the day.

Easy to use product
The Safer Brand Safer Home Ant & Crawling Insect Killer Diatomaceous Earth is not designed to be used on ant mounds, but I did to be able to test this product. It is designed to be used indoors behind appliances that may have a pest problem or outside around doors or windows in areas that usually stay dry. This powder stays active against ants, etc as long as it does not get wet. The powder dries up the pest.
After I sprinkled the powder on my ant mound, I scratched through it to see the activity of the ants. They were very active and turned white as they walked through the dust. The next day I scratched through the mound again and found no activity. This product is easy to use and has clear instructions on the back of the bottle

Easy application.
The Safer Brand Safer Home Ant & Crawling Insect Killer Diatomaceous Earth is quite unique in its own way. Tha puffer bottle makes it easy and safely to apply in all areas you suspect bugs will be. I prefer gloves whenever I use any insect killer just as a precaution out of habit. It's interesting composition of Diatomaceous earth and ground fossil bait really seems to take care of our various bug problems. I applied it in select areas and the next day Im happy to say I found remnants of deceased ants. It works best for me in floor vents inside, outside in concrete cracks, in the greenhouse and under eves of the house. Follow the instructions and its safe and sure with great results.

Quick to work
I like that this product works fast and I don’t have to have baits sitting around the house for two weeks and then they still don’t work well. I didn’t give this five stars because it easily leaks powder out when shipping and using it. This works on multiple insects and can be used indoors and outdoors so it’s nice not to have to buy multiple products. The top nozzle pops open.

Organic pest control option
I’ve long heard about diatomaceous earth as an organic pest control, but have never used it before. I wanted to use it for my garden, but this product seems geared more for inside use. Per the instructions the product is applied along window sills and across doorways for the critters to ingest as they enter. We have a cat and so I didn’t want to use it inside and so have followed the outside instructions. The product is a little difficult to get into position but eventually I got the hang of it.

Easy to use-no pesticides
We don't use many pest control products at all even though we live in Gulf Coast Florida. One little nuisance, however, are those tiny ants that suddenly appear in your kitchen. I am hopeful that this product will keep them away. I placed this easy to use product in the alcove of my range for that purpose. Soft white powder in applicator plastic bottle. No pesticides, product scuffs up and dries out the ants as the y walk across it. Hope that it works as good as it looks.

Excellent product that is non toxic!
I bought this Safer Brand insect killer because when spring time arrives that is when the ants tend to migrate into my home. I wanted something safe to use around my grandkids and pets and after reading the label I knew this was the one for getting the job done. This spray will kill multiple insects from ants to wasps and just about anything else. I am not sure what the ingredients are so I just have to believe it is safer to use than other insect control means. I will see this spring how well it works and post an update.

Get the job done!
I had a large infestation of crawling insects on the side of my house and fence. The Safer Home crawling Insect killer is ideal. The bottle has a pop top that makes it easy to apply exactly where it is needed. I applied the insect killer in the early evening and the insects were gone the next afternoon. The bottle seems small but the coverage is good for large areas. Definately recommend this product to get rid of those pests.

Simple powder formula.
Description:
This is a seven ounce plastic bottle of diatomaceous earth and "selected baits". The SDS for the product lists the compound as a proprietary trade secret, and lists it as of "unknown toxicity".
Usage:
It is simple to use. The spout has a flip-open cap. However, I found I had to be careful because there was a lot of powder under the cap and it easily fell into my lap and my surroundings. I suggest one open it outdoors or in a container or trash can, and then knock off the loose material.
It is easy to use because I could then point it downward at the location I desired and gently squeeze the bottle or just vigorously tap the side of the bottle to dispense the powder. YMMV. Use it along baseboards or basement walls, or any other location where you wish to apply a barrier.
Overall Thoughts:
Once the insects touch it, they are done for within 48 hours.

A Natural way to Eliminate Insects
I have been using Diatomaceous Earth to rid my house of the seasonal invasion of ants. I apply a thin line of the powder around the perimeter of my house outside to help to keep the insects outside. This also will work on eliminating fleas, bedbugs, cockroaches, ants, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, millipedes & centipedes indoors & outdoors. The consistency of this product is a powder similar to talcum powder. I find that this works for me.
