Extra Large Folding Safety Step has a 16 in. x 24 in. platform with non-slip strips and custom rubber leg tips, providing a full 8 in. boost and can be used as a 3 in. mat. Safety Step's anti-tip design prevents the Extra Large Folding Safety Step from tipping during normal use. Lab Tested to Hold 1,000 Pounds. Folds Flat to 3 in. Lightweight for ease of mobility and storage. Legs Lock Securely into Place to Prevent Step from Collapsing.

Seems stable enough. A little pricey though. I needed one that was big enough so my wife won't miss it stepping down. It's good for now, she how it is in the long run.

A good choice for keeping in the car as a...
A good choice for keeping in the car as a step for our 12 year old Golden Retriever. It’s bulky but when folded it still fits behind the front seat. The dog got used to jumping down on to it quite quickly; we’re still working on stepping up.
