yes, all of our screen and spline recommendations are intended for a 5/16 in frame.

What you're using to fasten the screen will depend on your setup - if you are installing the mesh in a pool enclosure, you should be using flat spline. Is this fiberglass screen, water resistant or will it at least bead, like rain?
This screen is water-resistant and should bead water like rain. However, for a truly waterproof option, consider Florida Glass laminated fiberglass screen. This product is designed to prevent both air and water from passing through, making it ideal for pool cages to keep out debris and insects. It's available in 100ft rolls and 36" and 72" widths.
I have squirrels chewing through my porch and window screens, will this keep them out? At this point they have damaged 3 porch door screens and 2 window screens.
