Terrible Product
here are a few lowlights of my experience-
the ice maker frosts over constantly which renders it useless.
the water dispenser freezes up and will not dispense water. underneath the deli drawer it floods about every month or so and then that freezes into ice sheets.
every 6 months the items in the freezer begin to melt and we must manually defrost the freezer.
anything in the back of the refrigerator freezes even though we have it set at 44 degrees.
much like the freezer, the refrigerator also needs to be manually defrosted every 6 months since the coils are completely covered in ice.
the wifi turns off on its own, so you must constantly go into the settings and turn it back on.
i am sure a styrofoam cooler and a block of ice is more reliable than this refrigerator.

Not what I ordered. Ordered Fingerprint resistant
i originally loved this refrigerator. the design is great. i wanted a fingerprint resistant refrigerator so i ordered it in fingerprint resistant stainless steel. this product has no handles so you must touch the doors. i have been cleaning this constantly since i bought it. it shows everything. i bought this to avoid constant cleaning of the outside and i would never have bought it if i realized how much work it would be. i was just on the phone with them for a while only to be transferred to a another line and start all over.

Error 41 = Dead Regrigerator
we purchased this refrigerator from best buy on 21 october 2020 and it was delivered on 28 oct 2020. on 1 jan 2021, it displayed an error code of 41 on the smart hub screen and stopped working. the smart hub screen still works great other than the big contact support on the front but the lights inside are dead along with the compressor. samsung support can’t get anyone here until jan 6 2021 which is unacceptable. i’m not sure if i even trust this refrigerator now after it is fixed. i would rather for the smart hub to go out and still have the refrigerator work to keep my food cold until repaired.

Please don't buy a Samsung Refrigerator
We had this for about 3 months before the ice maker froze up completely. I'm now part of a Facebook group of about 27,000 members that have all had the same issues. Totally a defective design. I look at ice now like it was a luxury. We miss is so much!
