How To Measure For A New Refrigerator
Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.

Please ensure the following prior to delivery:

  • Water connection kit required
  • 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet
  • Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
  • Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly
  • Verify your existing electrical and water connections
  • Empty & unplug your old refrigerator

My favorite appliance!!
i absolutely love my flex zone fridge, and so does everyone who comes over! i love the space and the ability to change my flex zone during holidays! i think my only complaint would be that it seems to dent easily.

    Terrible Ice Maker
    we were very happy with the idea of the additional fridge space with this fridge. however, this was quickly overshadowed by the huge disappointment in the ice maker. we had it repaired shortly after purchasing. several months later, we had a part replaced in the ice maker. then, we had the entire ice maker unit replaced. the same problem keeps happening. it is icing up and stops working altogether, even though we have turned off the ice maker. i would give it zero stars if i could. i don't recommend this product!

      Ice Master broken
      ice master has been broken since i bought it. i'll have to clear the jam every week. shortly after i got the fridge home, ice started forming in the bottom of the freezer. so i also have to clear thay every week. this same problem occurred with my previous samsung fridge so shame on me.

        Leaks and ice maker is terrible
        the ice maker does not make ice but instead drips down to the bottom of the fridge where is freezes and creates mold and a very large sheet of moldy ice. it will even drip down to the sides of the freezers and make ice sickles in the freezer doors.

          +1 on Worst Refrigerator Ever
          as others have said, the ice maker freezes up every 3 months or so... we've had it repaired / replaced several times to no avail. the only thing that has worked for us is (1) removing the ice maker basket by pulling it straight out, (2) putting towels in the bottom of the ice maker, (3) using a spray bottle of hot water to melt the ice inside the ice maker and (4) dry it all off and reassemble. in the last week, two new problems! the ice maker is now frozen so solidly that i can't even remove the basket (so it's now totally unusable). and this morning i opened the right hand upper door and the door literally fell off onto my shoulder! the metal hinge at the top of the door literally broke apart (see photos).

            Ice maker design is flawed
            ice maker freezes up all of the time. it is wasted space in the fridge. so sad because the 4 door design is great.

              Worst Fridge I’ve Ever Owned
              This fridge is SUCH a piece of junk. First it started leaking from the water spout, then one day something (still don’t know what) essentially exploded in the bottom left side freezer, and then the ice maker went out. Samsung does not repair this without a significant cost to you. At this point I just have to get a new fridge. When you pay this much for something you expect it to last a good amount of time but I have only had this thing for less than 3 years. I bought the whole appliance suite, in fact, and every single item has something wrong with it. I would never - NEVER - recommend this brand to anyone. You will be sorely disappointed.

                SAMSUNG ICE MAKER BROKEN AGAIN
                we've had the frozen ice maker issue since day one of owning this samsung refrigerator. it has frozen up since we've started using it. we purchase the extended warranty and the warranty company has come out three times to replace the ice maker. each time this did not fix the issue. samsung has zero answers for the issue. i gave up on samsung. still have the refrigerator but we have to use ice trays. what a joke. it's also part of a class action lawsuit now. samsung should be ashamed. do yourself a favor and select a different brand.

                  Not my #1
                  So I have to admit this was not my #1 pick in the store but the one I really wanted was out of stock and not available for many many weeks. With a $3k price tag I wasent surprised when sales person told me this was in stock. I mean really. Dont get me wrong its beautiful and all. It does have 4 doors. Lower left door can be adjusted to use as a fridge or freezer which is cool. Makes ice and gives water. Very roomy inside as well.

                    Worse fridge
                    the worse experience and the most draining fridge finically i have ever had, samsung is expensive and people pay becuase of quality but this is the worse fridge i have ever owned, the compresor has gas leak, i paid 3 different technicin and i paid 3500 for this product, its only 3 years old. i called samsung they said they cant do anything without recipits but who keeps proof of purchase for 3 years even tho the compressor has 10 years warranty but u gotta keep the papers, other companies and brands give u code to register anyways just buy different brand not worth then pain and suffering i suffered socu wont have
