            Fridge stopped freezing 2 months after purchase. I called Samsung and they are saying my lost food is covered but they can’t have it repaired for 7-14 days! I willpower try to exchange it immediately! Home Depot and delivery were great. The family hub and stereo quality are amazing but what’s the purpose of having a hot humid fridge that plays music and shows you your food spoiling inside! I literally recurved this fridge in July 2020 and last week in August it stopped working.

              Nice but....
              Purchased this in Oct 2018 and now its March 2019 (5 mths later) and having trouble with the ice maker freezing up. This will be my 2nd repair.

                False alerts annoying
                This refrigerator is a very good piece. Its space well designed. It looks great and works great. Purchased this item a year ago. My kids loved it to play on it and see calendar items. I play youtube on it to see some cooking lessons. All is well until few weeks ago. It started giving false alarm as door is opened. There is nothing wrong with the door. Checked it thoroughly and found nothing with the door. Looks like some sensors not working properly. Now these false alarms started annoying on my phone, on the refrigerator and even sounds scared our cat! There is no option that I can set to ignore these false alarms. Only option is to turn off the smart system. That is not acceptable!

                  Not sure why I don't see more issues with the ice maker as it's the same problem that drags down ...
                  Not sure why I don't see more issues with the ice maker as it's the same problem that drags down all the samsung 4 door models. O.K., so we had this delivered in January 2017. As of early October 2017, the compressor has already been replaced and have had the repair man out twice for the ice maker. First started icing up in April after 3 months of use (See 1st picture). I thought it was a fluke, so I let the ice maker thaw out (Just remove the ice bin and it will acclimate to the fridge and melt what's there), but the problem came back. Repairman came and did something with the tubes in the back of the fridge and then about a month and a half later it did it again in September 2017 (See 2nd Picture). I was also getting a lot of water spots on the front of the fridge and water on the floor. I realized that ice was melting into the chute where it would wait to drain out when you tried to get ice (See 3rd Picture). This time they replaced the ice maker so I'm hoping it will hold this time. Other than that, it's a cool fridge with a computer, and lots of room inside, but having 3 repairs in less than a year is enough to drag my rating down to 1 star. Buy the warranty if you decide to try this one out!! (Their repair dept. has been very good which I was surprised since many people say it isn't that good). Also, I couldn't get any assistance from home depot when the problems started. In the store, I was told go to the manufacturer for all concerns. As I'm writing this, I see the message to the right about calling the 1 800 number for customer assistance. After 15 minutes, I finally got a hold of a live person. The option wasn't the right one, but at least I had a live person to help out. They listened and then said they would transfer me to the right place which was back to the main number so I got to start over!! How frustrating, but that's what reviews are for.

                    Love it. However, it is smarter than it's owners. We are still figuring out all of the things it can do. You need accounts with many places to activate all of the features. We have only had it for about a week so we will figure it all out eventually.

                    Great Product for Tech Crazy People! I really like this frig! I got Family Hub version 1.0 by accident at first and Home Depot replaced with the correct FH 2.0 version. The FH 2.0 is so much better - better technology, better finish on outside and better made from the perspective of the doors and the washers used for spacers - I had to take my doors off to place in kitchen so I saw that the 2.0 spacers are all built in so it's easier to manage. FH 2.0 is great and I keep my family of 5 calendars updated through gmail calendar setup - so easy to use! FH 2.0 version also has nice finish on outside for reduced finger prints - it doesn't prevent them but reduces them and makes them easy to wipe off! Voice Command also comes with 2.0 and not available on 1.0 - works great too. Ice maker works very well - I use for Soccer water bottles a lot - never ran out of ice - I like the built in water filter!

                      This is an epic looking fridge. However, every time I want to stream Pandora, it gives me an error message 'disconnected from server' and I have to reboot the fridge. It takes about 5 minutes. I called customer service last week. Never heard back from them. To say I'm bummed is an understatement.

                      This smart hub is totally awesome. The ice maker is a little slow and you should be able to push an on and off button for the water and ice dispenser instead of having to hold the glass against the dispenser. Also, I am not sure what the microphone is for on the frig. It is a great refrigerator. As for the price, I wish it would pour me a glass of wine and bring it to my evening soak in the jacuzzi!!!

                        Samsung gave a whole new meaning" No Matter Where I Serve My Guest They Love My Kitchen the Best!
                        If the Samsung Family Hub does not bring the family together nothing else will!! I would like to begin with the appearance of the Black Stainless Steel, the color is absolutely Gorgeous! finger prints and smudges are barely visible in comparison to the basic stainless steel colored appliances. The sides and top are basic black in color Now the front display panel is like a huge tablet you must have wifi for the tablet to be affective. Remember back in the day we had magnets on the refrigerator door to keep our children entertained? Well this is entirely a new generation! Don't let it frighten you, it is pretty user friendly. Samsung 4-door hub will not hold magnets which doesn't bother me because when I tell friends or family " come in, look at my new Samsung refrigerator, they are seeing a beautiful appliance opposed to the stuff that once was stuck all over it. Immediately when opening the refrigerator or touching the screen the screen displays time/temperatur. Then a tile you tap allows you to view the interior of the refrigerator without opening the door, numbers appear at the top of the screen allows you to slide down a number to place in front of the item letting you know the expiration date. Another tile allows you to write out your grocery list, a tile next to the grocery is a tile that ables to do grocery shopping from your refrigerator and have it shipped right to your front door. I haven't used this feature but compared prices and was pleasantly surprised! The top right of the screen "The White Board ables you to communicate with others using your smart phone. The kids are able to use this feature to draw and write. The white board ables you to communicate with family members rom your smart phone by simply down loading the app. My favorite feature is the app that allows me to play my music from my Pandora account which I have had set up years for use on my smart Samsung TV as well as my iPod. Personally due to my disabilities the most useful choice so far of all that Samsung Hub tablet offers is the "Stickiboard, the stickiboard offers a must have calendar. Due to the amount of appointments and so much going on in this busy world of ours. My calendar is right there for me to view that day, as well as the following week or months activity. If I am at my doctors appointment and wish to schedule my next appointment I open my Google calander, type in day and time and "Boom" my smart Samsung refrigerator has my information. I could go on for days in regards to the tablet but those are just the basics. Earlier I stated the tablet was user-friendly and the reason for that statement is because I have not even opened the literature that is provided . So moving on....I also love the size of the opening of the water/ice despenser, the opening is large enough to place a pitcher. Of course you have the option of crushed ice or cubes. The ice container is neatly enclosed and tucked away in the top left corner of the refrigerator/freezer. The size of this particular appliance is attractive because the depth is equal to the depth of your counter. The inside is clean and bright with glass shelves. Adjustable shelving is provided, one giving you the option to slide 1/2 of the shelf back to allow super tall items. Both drawers allow you to adjust the humidity. My food seems to stay fresher longer. Perhaps it's the pretty sound of tone that is made if the doors are left open to long. Honestly there is so much the Samsung 4 door with family hub has to offer you will have to see for yourself, take the kids with you, this is one item the entire family will want to shop for together
