A Big Mistake Purchasing Samsung Dishwasher
I bought this dishwasher on 2021. During the two years till now, I have called for service 4-5 times and i am selling it (almost throwing it out) since there is not warranty and the fees are high and no guarantees to have it worked property after the repair. Its so unfortunate I bought the Samsung dishwasher.

Do not buy faulty design
Waste of money. Manufacture defect. False Design on spray arm & very very faulty. We had issue after 15 days of buying this. The spray arm gets attached to the water outlet & keep falling. They could have made upper tray and spray arm attached together rather than 2 separate part. Manufacture defect and very bad on design part. They sent the representative and they told it’s a physical damage . Guess they either don’t know what’s the issue or how to resolve the issue. They put blame on customer. Where as it totally shows manufacture defect and cheap plastic used by Samsung which is unacceptable. Be aware customer. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Nightmare
What a disastet this has been. Bought the dishwasher. Took 2 weeks to finally get installed. And it had been leaking ever since. Installer said to call Home Depot. Home depot said call the manufacturer. Got a baby on the way next week.

Top Nozzle Arm Falls Off into Lower Rack-Don't Buy
Do NOT Buy. Less than a year old and the top Nozzle Arm falls off everytime we slide out the top rack. The repairman said he will order a new nozzle arm but it will not matter, the nozzle arm will continue to fall off into the lower rack and dishes. Samsung says they will replace with the same model. We are pursuing a full credit.

Disappointed-Auto Release Dry function not working
i bought samsung dishwasher (model dw80r9950ug/aa) on november of 2022 (christmas present from me to me). i’ve made sure to enable the auto release dry function by selecting “a1” option on the dishwasher but yet auto release dry function has only worked twice since i bought the dishwasher. i am very disappointed, not understanding why the auto release dry function is not working.

Do NOT buy Samsung black stainless appliances!
Do NOT buy Samsung black stainless appliances. The finish is a cheap plastic coating that will start to flake after a year or so.

Game changer
I cannot say enough about this dishwasher. Slik and simple design. No fingerprints but easy to get rid of those with microfiber cloth. Fits SO many dishes/silverware. Does a great job cleaning, including old rusty pans (may take a several times but it will be like new). I use 60 min express wash mostly, but auto is about 2 1/2 hours. The only noise it makes is when water coming. Love, love, lobe it. Not bulky, no unnecessary buttons etc. Should i mention i have NEVER ever used a dishwasher (i am almost 40 and cook many times per day every day!). I felt like I can do disher faster and better. Well, cannot compete with this dishwasher. Cannot stress enough how awesome it is. I only had it a few weeks so not sure about it's longevity , but very happy with the my choice.

Quiet and great features!
Best dishwasher I have ever had! So many features that I love but my favorite is how quiet it is! The first time I used it, I actually thought I forgot to push the start button. It is very sleek looking and does such a great job cleaning. I just love it! I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Disappointed with the Quality
I would give No star if I can. The first day after opening the middle draw track came apart. 3 weeks later peace from the middle rack fell after looking and saw under the plastic coating rack is rusted. They won't let me put pictures.
