        A:  Perhaps you can't find the WARRANTY information you seek--which can be accessed on 3.2 million Google WARRANTY pages--because you're spelling the word WARRANTY incorrectly. Perhaps if you spelled it thusly: WARRANTY-- you'd find that this refrigerator has the same WARRANTY as all others. 1yr WARRANTY on the fridge except for a 10yr WARRANTY on the compressor.

        A:  You don't. Water freezes at 32F; there's no need to set it below 28F. Set the upper to 37F and let the freezer adjust. If it doesn't work, call Samsung if it's still under warranty. If not, call the junk man and buy a new fridge, but NOT a Samsung.

            ICE MAKER has an issue with ice build.
            I bought this ref from Bestbuy 11/2017. The refrigerator is very pretty and the interior is designed for all uses. Exception is the ice maker, four months after installation the ice maker frozer up. Ice built up inside. Called and repair person replaced the the ice maker. Three months later same issue the ice maked froze up. Again the repair person came out, was information there was design problem and installed another ice maker with an additional fan to melt the ice? Was told there were no more updates and he could not do any more to fix the problem. So for the last years I have had to pull out the ice tray bucket DA63-06925A 032687, every month or so and defrost the inside of the compartment by hand removing all the ice that builds up inside the unit. Just like my old ref with the ice box. I noticed this last time that the bucket had now developed a hair line crack in the bottom, I used my flue gun to cover the crack. Hope it will hold. Would like to know if there is a replacement for the bucket and also for the tray in the door has now developed a small hair line crack. So can I find a replacement for these items? I love the refrigerator except for the ice maker issue.
              ice maker froze over within 1 year of buying and spent the next couple months hacking ice out or using a hairdryer . a quick search would have saved me cause its flooded with reports of problems with most samsung ice makers which according to most buyers craps out right about when the warranty expires. god forbid samsung acknowledges the problems ,offers some kind of fix and makes it right with theyre customers. im now stuck without an ice maker till i get sick of buying ice at the store and finally buy a fridge/freezer that works and put this junk out in the garage.

                We've had so many issues with this refrigerator. Indoor water tray area started showing wear after about a month! It looks horrible, like the paint has chipped off. Why they didn't include a removable water tray, I'll never know. Icemaker doesn't align properly with hole in door, so we get ice, but then open the door and ice falls out. It's awful. Cheaply made shelves in door. We had a repairman come to give us new shelves because a small spring was missing on one. ??? Plastic that wraps around doors (doors shipped separately, btw) doesn't come out of the seams when installers take it off, so you have little plastic wrap bits along the edges for months. Ridiculous. You don't need to door in door feature. Seems cool at first, but then it's just an annoyance. Don’t do it!

                    Ice maker ishorrible
                    after getting extended warranty and getting ice maker “fixed” multiple times i came home to water all over my floor and leaked into the basement ceiling! not very happy with this type of quality. looks like most other customers are having same issue. better save your money and buy something different. i’m off to clean up my basement, wish me luck.

                      Unreliable and dangerous product
                      as everyone is saying, the ice maker in this thing never worked properly. 5-6 months ago, the ice maker stopped working completely and now i m getting it repaired using external warranty. However, the bigger problem that i ran into was the glass shelve exploded in my wife's hand while cleaning it, and scattered all over my kitchen. pictures are attached. i ended up placing the order for the glass which is ridiculously expensive for something that breaks and is unsafe. i should have gone with another brand refrigerator. i wonder what else will start breaking.

                        I have had this refrigerator for almost a year and a half. This was easily the biggest waste of money that I have ever purchased. The freezer freezes up within a week of going through all of the steps Samsung suggests to thaw out and reset. 1/3 of the refrigerator is useless since the Ice Maker demands to not function properly. Samasung refuses to acknowledge the issue and only offers to send a technician out, at your cost, to "fix" it (thaw it out and allow it to work for a week, again). DO NOT purchase this product. Samasung will not stand behind it.

                          Ice Maker keeps breaking despite 4 repairs
                          ice maker broke. fixed under warranty. happened 2 more times. fridge was replaced. happened again. technician replaced it with newer version. 8 months later happened again. out of warranty now.
