How To Measure For A New Refrigerator
Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.

Please ensure the following prior to delivery:

  • Water connection kit required
  • 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet
  • Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
  • Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly
  • Verify your existing electrical and water connections
  • Empty & unplug your old refrigerator

Buyer Beware
A year after purchase the compressor went bad. The refrigerator was no longer keeping the food cold. Purchased an extended warranty but the problem “compressor” was not covered. Leaks water onto floor. Bad product. Do not buy Samsung brand refrigerators!

    Freezes up and leaks.
    Do not buy Samsung refrigerator. Nothing but problems. Continues to collect water in fridge that can leak out and ruin your floors.

      Do your research
      Everyone gives this 5 stars in the first six months of owning it. You need to research what happens after you’ve had it for a year and a half. The refrigerator coils begin to freeze up every 4-5 months, and the refrigerator will go up to 70 degrees. All of the food is ruined. (Freezer still works fine though, thank God). You’ll call service for a $200 hundred dollar repair. After 2-3 of these the repairman will kindly tell you to “buy another refrigerator” because there is no permanent fix.

        i'm not sure if it's finger print free but my daughters finger print is here also i need help on ice maker. it's been on for almost 1 day but there's no ice coming out.

I would just recommend purchasing a stainless steel cleaner to help with unwanted fingerprints. Regarding your ice maker. Try taking a look at the troubleshooting steps below.           Size really does matter!
          i bought this for my 100+ year old cottage and its a perfect fit! it not only looks awesome but its huge interior is impressive!!! it cools quickly and its extremely quiet…its a super great value!

            Malfunctioning door flapper (mullion) NEW FRIDGE
            Door flapper or mullion partially opens intermittently and then wont close without banging into the other door. I was hours beyond the 48 hour inspection for new deliveries. I called Home Depot they said call repair. I called repair, gave them pictures and exact description of flapper problem and they said it would be 2 weeks!! The repair person saw the problem and suggested not opening the doors too slowley or always close the left door first. He agreed to replace flapper but said the new one might not work either. I said we will try again until it works properly. He will return with new flapper next week!!!

            Broke in 6 months
            I bought this refrigerator November 11, 2020 both the freezer and fridge broke June 11, 2021. As you can tell in my photos I have the food I could salvage in my 15 plus year old Whirlpool refrigerator in the garage. Normally when you buy something new you expect it to last or outlast the older model located in the garage. My next complaint I did a service request and no one can come out to fix it until June 30th. I couldn’t imagine not having a backup fridge. When I mention to people my six month old refrigerator is broke first thing they say is it a Samsung, then good luck. Do yourself a favor and not buy a Samsung refrigerator do a simple internet search of all the issues they have. I’ll update my review after it’s “fixed”

              Not a quality product, stay away!!!!
              Poor circulation, fridge portion freezes and stops cooling food. Well known problem after you’ve done some research save your money and food!

                Refrigerator not efficiet at all!
                The back panel freezes, I had to unfreeze it three times because I thought it was something I was dong wrong. It is a SAMSUNG problem if you Google it!!!! I wasted a lot of food and time!!! I do NOT recommend the refrigerators!!!!

                  Love my new refrigerator. Have been using it for about a week. Looks great, is quiet, and has tons of room. Doors are easy to open and it dings if they are left open for an extended period of time. Shelves were easy to move around, too. It doesn’t have an ice or water maker so no worries on having any issues with those.
