Sleek appearance, difficult buttons
We purchase one in late 2022 on sale at a local store. Installation was simple, with a 2nd person. It sure looks sleek. I replaced the incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs. Much nicer. It pops our circuit breaker every now and then. That's annoying. The buttons can be difficult to activate. I wish the control panel lit up for easier use. The black panel makes it impossible to see unless there is an external light on it. I also expected 1100 watts. It's 100 shy of that.

If the microwave has power but will not respond to any commands or only certain buttons work, clean the control panel and try a power cycle.
As per checking, the microwave's cooking power is 1000 watts. Ensure to utilize a 40 watts appliance light bulb.

Does not work correctly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave 4 months ago and it hasn’t worked pr overly about 1/3 of the time. It is a over-the-range model and every time we boil something on the range the microwave stops working for two - three days. I’ve contacted Samsung service twice and because the techs cannot recreate the problem they say the micro wise working.

Awful product!
This is the worst microwave we have ever bought. It turns on and off on its own. We had the front panel replaced while it was still under warranty, and it did not correct the issue. Now the handle has broken off and it’s less than 18 months old. Awful product. Wish we would have went with a different brand

Samsung over the range microwave
This is my fourth microwave in 17 years finally switched brands and so glad I did I really like the size, quality, finish outside and the blue interior and all the features the fan works great only issue I have is I don't know how to change the over oven light bulbs be needing to call samsung for assistance on that.

Poor Quality
I purchased this microwave 15 months ago. The puller is made out of metal but the attachment where the screws hold it to the door is made out of plastic which did not last very long before it gave out. To make matters worse, just the puller replacement is over $100, just to get the same crappy plastic piece that will break im no time. The inside protecting mesh has also melted due to some food splashback. Ive had other brands lasted me years without any of these issues happening. I would not recommend this product at all.
