[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator with Beverage Center and Dual Ice Maker in Stainless Steel is good looking. But, we think that inside of refrigerator setting is not so easy to get to your choice. The pitcher auto fill was slow and less volume as well as water dispense.

I've had this fridge for a few weeks and mostly love it. It's a nice looking unit and does exactly what I'd want from an appliance. The 4 doors (instead of a bucket freezer), the 2 types of ice, and the design of the water dispenser are fabulous. However, beverage center bins are missing so I can't take advantage of that upgrade. Samsung support is a nightmare. I'm three calls in with Samsung support and have little faith that they will actually send the missing beverage center bins.

After 1 year unfortunately our fridge stopped cooling and the coils completely frost over. Not only has it been a month since we've been dealing with Protection Plan but we have lost over $700 in groceries. Looks at issues from many Samsung customers on Facebook. Many have had the same issues. No authorized repairs in our area so we were left to figure things out on our own. I will not purchase any major appliances at HD that require a protection plan. Lost cause! Don't purchase Samsung Fridges!

i really like this refrigerator, but i'm frustrated because the measurements in the manual were not complete. the measurements include the height if the doors and the hight of the back of the fridge, but do not tell you the distance from the front where the door hinge/height stops. the back of the fridge fits in my space. the door height does not, but since the doors are only 5 in. thick, i thought it would be ok if the fridge stuck out by 5 in. however, the door height goes on for 10 in., so my fridge sticks iut 10 inches, which is too much. i reviewed the manual in detail before i bought the fridge and no where did it provide the depth of the door height, which is the higher height.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an outstanding refrigerator for families with kids. The features are very well engineered and thought-out. We haven't owned it long enough to see how effective the built-in deodorizer and UV technology works, but so far it has been very fresh and clean smelling. The look is awesome although don't confuse "fingerprint resistant" with "fingerprint proof". The stainless steel looks great and clean-up with stainless steel cleaner and a microfiber cloth is quick and easy. I like the sleek exterior look with no water or ice dispensers or other techie screens. The beverage center is a cool idea! The left top door has an outer door that opens exposing the beverage center. It dispenses filtered water on demand and also has a pitcher that can refill automatically with water when replaced in the beverage center. The water is cold and satisfying. You also have access to the two door bins when you are in the beverage center. As such, we keep canned and bottle drinks in those for quick access to cold refreshments. The interior has bright lights and plenty of capacity. The door bins are one-piece molded plastic. Our previous refrigerator had 3-piece door bins that were difficult to clean and had parts break. I don't anticipate those problems with these one-piece bins. An easy to overlook feature that is very helpful is the shelves all slide out. This is especially convenient in the lower compartments and you want to get some from further back on the shelf. The crispers are deep and spacious. The lower right compartment is convertible between refrigerator or freezer. We have only used ours as a refrigerator so far. It gives you another crisper along with the shelves and door bins for storage. Ice makers aren't typically something to rave about but our last refrigerator developed a leaking seal by the filter so I had to turn on the water supply and ice maker. We ended up buying 20 lb bags of ice to have a supply for drinks and so on. This new Samsung took about 24 hours to really start churning out ice. After disposing of the first couple of batches, it has been able to make ice faster than our house of 6 (three adults, 3 children) can use it. The ice comes in two sizes - normal nuggets and small bite-size pieces. The kids love the novelty of the small ice while the ice nuggets are perfect for me as well as filling a cooler for a picnic. Highly recommend this refrigerator for families!

Great appliance. it does smudge easily on the outside doors, but I like the clean look (no handles) of it overall. Stays cold. I guess I would have liked to have more shelves and a butter drawer. The shelves go all the way across and if they could be split in the center and moved up or down that would have been nice. No worries, just have to get used to it. I really like its look.

The delivery guys were great, love the refrigerator too...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely worth every penny! I love this fridge! The space is amazing from the customizable shelves and drawers to the doors. My favorite feature is the secondary door and water pitcher since we tend to drink a ton of water in our home. By having this feature we actually were able to cancel our subscription to a bottled water provider. The other thing I like is the freezer. It has the ability to work as a secondary fridge compartment on one side. I also have kids that tend to leave the door open too long and this fridge has an alarm to remind you or let you know the door is not closed.
