    Q:Are the LP orifice sizes different for top burners, seems that there is no adjustment to the center oval burner, flame stays the same size when we try to raise or lower the flame.

      Q:Why does it take soooo long to heat up???? Had one before and it was fine but this one takes at least 30 minutes to get to 375-400 degrees

          Never again.
          Got this a couple years ago. Just after a year the igniter had to be replaced. Oven would take over a half hour to preheat and eventually stopped heating all together. Since then I've had to replace the igniter 3 more times. Today it's getting replaced with a new frigidaire range. Never again will I buy a Samsung appliance.

            Complete disaster!
            This is the worst stove I have ever purchased. After 2 years the enamel on the cookbook has baked off, my oven is not working, 1 burner is out and I have 2 broken knobs.

              The worst products and customer service
              We purchased a complete set of Samsung appliances and we have had nothing but trouble. The refrigerator has been worked on several times and now they are not charging us because they know it is a defect. The dishwasher has been replaced. The oven is now not working. We had to pay out of pocket for each repair and the products are only 5 years old. They are the worst appliances ever and we will never purchase anything Samsung.

                Pealing paint off
                Not too happy with mine I didn't have an extra griddle on it mine had the actual griddle is a burner and now it's peeling and it was the black one and it makes me mad but it's all good

                  Black stainless is a farce
                  DO NOT BUY BLACK STAINLESS UNLESS YOU LIKE PEELING PAINT! Just like all the others have mentioned, this finish is junk. Contacted Samsung CEO and executive team and have not received a response. Their customer support line suggested I buy touch up paint….for a new stove! Never again.

                    Paint peeling by the oven door handles
                    We had this oven for less than 3 years now. The paint on the oven door right by then handles started to peel off. The customer service said that this is a cosmetic issue and they will not fix it as it is out of warranty. We have followed all the recommended cleaning and maintenance recommendations in the booklet. This was a brand new oven when we bought and to have paint peeling within 3 years is just poor design and quality not meant to last. Outside of the paint issue, the oven seems to still be working ok

                      Poor quality, Very disappointed
                      horribly disappointed. the knobs are extremely poor quality. one broke off within the first year & two others have since broken off. they are cheap plastic with a huge metal washer inside to "feel" heavy duty. the oven "vents" from the middle burner which gets extremely hot & burns you unexpectedly. this vent also warped the display. two of the burners when turned down to low will flicker off and spill gas into your kitchen. the "black stainless steel" finish is a plastic film that has been flaking off for months now. so not only does this range work poorly, it looks hideous too. samsung should truly be ashamed of such low quality from a name brand company. all appliances in this suite were poor quality. i will never buy samsung appliances again & i recommend the same for you.

                        purchased in oct. in dec i had a pot of boiling water on the back left hand burner and the steam damaged the area near the control panel. i have ownee many ranges, most were cheaper models and never had this happen. ive had this range now for 6 months now ans the paint/material on the oven handle is coming off. very disappointed

                          Samsung 30 in. 5.8 cu. ft. Gas Range
                          We purchased this Samsung oven a few years ago. When you cook stuff in the oven it takes longer than normal for it to cook. Specially when you are baking...we are having to add time to the timer just so it can be fully done. The temperature in the oven is off. We thought it was just us, but it's the oven. Not happy with this oven at all. Not sure if we need to notify the manufacturer.
