Please ensure the following prior to delivery:

  • Natural gas line (no liquid propane hookups)

The stove offers five specialized burners in multiple shapes and sizes for the ultimate in flexibility plus a stovetop griddle customized to fit the center oval burner.

  • Cast iron grate - including a removable griddle, which lets you cook a variety of breakfast foods or grilled sandwiches

Sub-par Quality Parts
purchased in oct. in dec i had a pot of boiling water on the back left hand burner and the steam damaged the area near the control panel. i have ownee many ranges, most were cheaper models and never had this happen. ive had this range now for 6 months now ans the paint/material on the oven handle is coming off. very disappointed

    Samsung 30 in. 5.8 cu. ft. Gas Range
    We purchased this Samsung oven a few years ago. When you cook stuff in the oven it takes longer than normal for it to cook. Specially when you are baking...we are having to add time to the timer just so it can be fully done. The temperature in the oven is off. We thought it was just us, but it's the oven. Not happy with this oven at all. Not sure if we need to notify the manufacturer.

      Terrible!
      Google product before u buy!WARNING ⚠️ I loved it for the first year THEN suddenly it started going on & off by itself Time, Temperature etc… flashing then it stopped! I couldn’t get anything to work! HD said call Samsung, parts backordered if u get 2 out

        What the Heck?
        well, just going on 5 years now and my samsung stove is peeling. samsung french door refrigerator... if you look at it wrong... it gets scratches. a drawer has somehow cracked on its own. my microwave has divots from who knows what. keep in mind... only two adults in our home. great care cleaning with a micro cloth. i don't know... and then i just ordered a new dishwasher... so i can match everything else (that only lasted 6 years). i don't know why i haven't learned. my new samsung washer is new as well, hopefully, nothing will go wrong. kitchen appliances are black stainless.. so maybe that's why its going bad. these are kitchen appliances... not necessarily art pieces to display. they should be functioning and lasting for more than 5 years anyway.... :(

          Igniter died at 6 Months
          have been very happy with my samsung range until the igniter burned out 6 months into usage.

            Run from this stove
            In the course of 4 months, two knobs and two metal grates have broken. The cost to replace these parts is over $300. I’ll buy a new stove before I spend $300 on parts I know are just going to break again. I stony suggest that go with another product.

              Bad Ignitor
              i don't write reviews. this is a nice oven for the price. but it has one irritating flaw that is unacceptable. the ignitor has to be regularly replaced. every six months or so. they are not cheap. i do the repair myself but if you had a technician do it would be very expensive. the ignitor design is clearly faulty, it should not be failing this often.

                Disappointed
                very disappointed with this purchase. this oven’s off button isnt working. when i was done cooking the oven woudn’t turn off. i had to disconnect it from the cord in order to turn it off. the stainless steal also peals off and it looks ugly. now i have to replace the whole pannel on an oven thats bearly 3 years old. this is a shame, last time i purchase samsung products.

                    Overall Great Stove - but not child/dog proof
                    overall, i love this stove. burners are nice, center griddle is great for pancakes, oven cooks well on both standard and convection. seems true to temp and preheats very quickly. the only downside is the burners turn on waaayyy to easily just by leaning into them. i have inadvertently turned a burner on by simply reaching into the cupboard above the stove (belly pushed the knob) and ne time my dog was nosing around and turned one one while were at work (right front, a bigger one) thankful it only damaged the microwave above and the empty cookie sheet and utensils on the burner. we now take the knobs off and toss them in a drawer whenever the stove is not being used. we also have toddler grandkids and will have to make sure they are off when they are over, too.
