as other reviewers have already reported, don’t use the broiler or you will melt your control panel. once warped, buttons won’t work anymore. if it were not for this design flaw, it would have been a fine range.

Plastic knob attachment!
i do not recommend this product because i do not believe that the parts are made of quality material. our stove is about a year old.
the back burner control knob fell off and broke when it hit the floor. as you can see in the photo, the knob connection is made of plastic and is not durable. at the price that we paid for this appliance i expect something better. also, i have been trying to order the part and that has been a hassle.
overall, this purchase has been a disappointment.

Should have returned after first issue
full disclosure, we bought this 5 years ago, purchased extended warranty and needed a new grate when installed. a couple of months later, the enamel on the oven floor started to chip. samsung replaced the bottom panel and i hoped all would be ok. about a year ago, after cleaning the oven, little chips of enamel started flaking off. i've resorted to having to vacuum enamel chips on a regular basis, and now the metal is corroding. ive made several attempts to have it serviced under the warranties, only to be told they don't cover cosmetic damage. since i'd prefer to not burn my house down, i'll be asking santa for a new stove from anyone but samsung and the local appliance store that won't even return calls.

Melted Control Panel/Display

Controll panel warping/Broke. Panel now shows -se-
controll panel was made to not with stand the heat.
the panel is warped in the middle.my s10+ came with a better warranty. i will no longer purchase samsung products after this experience.

Samsung gas stove
I bought from Home Depot the Samsung stove after 2 months during cooking the touch panel get melted because the heat, I called the company they send me new one, the guy from the company told me ( sorry they’re using cheap quality therefore it get melted, after another 2 months the surface burner grates contain rubber it’s melted too , I called them they send me a new one, now after 8 months of purchasing the stove another surface burner grates get melted, I called them they refused to send a new one despite I’m still under warranty.
Guys be careful the stove design from outside look perfect but it’s cheap quality and customer service is terrible
